Due to the time it can take to research a problem, we are not able to do research over the phone. We do, however, respond to email enquiries on a first-come first-serve basis.

If you need to cancel part or all of an order, you must contact us right away because in-stock parts ordered before 3pm Eastern Time are shipped the same day they are ordered.

You can also cancel a part order while the part is on back order but this must be done before the part order is shipped.
