Cancelling Your Order
We understand that when your appliance breaks and you need a part, it is needed
immediately. That is why orders placed online are processed very quickly. You only
have one hour to cancel your order.
Self-Serve Cancellation
You may cancel your order within the time frame indicated on your email confirmation.
To perform a self-serve cancellation either click the link provided to you in your
email or check your order status on our
site.
If you do not see an option to cancel your order or if you did not receive an order
confirmation email, please contact us immediately. You
may request a cancellation by
email or by calling our toll free number 1 800 470-7119.
Backorder Cancellations
After your order has been processed you may contact us
to request a cancellation. If the part is not already in the shipping process we
can gladly cancel the order for you.
Unfortunately if your items are already in the shipping process and you still do
not want the item, you may request a
return authorization. All shipping charges at this point would be your responsibility.
It may be easier for you to try to refuse this shipment with the courier to avoid
the cost of shipping the part back to us. Please let us know if the part is being
returned so that we can process the return appropriately.
*Shipping costs will only be refunded if the compete order is cancelled and no items
have been shipped.
