What Appliance Help does to protect you
We do our best to ensure that every package that goes out of the door of any of our fulfillment centers is packed appropriately to avoid damage. We ship using trustworthy companies like FedEx and UPS. Still, accidents can happen so we'll make good for it.
What to do if your shipment arrives damaged
If any of the items in your shipment are damaged you need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. Click here to find out how to contact Appliance Help's Customer Service team.
What we'll do when you contact us
We'll refund you for the damaged items and your shipping costs, then place a new order for you for the damaged items. This ensures that you'll receive your replacements as soon as possible so you can get your appliance good as new.
What we'll need from you
We may have to ask you for some details about the damage if we're making a claim against the shipper for the damages. Please have the following information handy:
- Part number of the part(s) received damaged
- Model and serial number for the appliance
- Details of the damage to the packaging and to the part
