Missing Items


Orders placed with multiple items may be divided up into two or more shipments. This allows you to receive items on your order that are currently in stock. If you order has been split, you do not need to worry about additional shipping charges. All additional shipments are included in your original shipping cost.

All shipments from us include a packing slip. Check your packing slip with the items received and also with your shipping email confirmation.

You may also check your order status online to confirm which items have been shipped and which have been backordered.

If you are missing an item from your shipment, and have not received any emails with additional tracking and shipping information, please contact us.
