When you order parts from Appliance Help, your part may be in stock, on order, special
order or NLA (No Longer Available.)
- In stock
These items are available to ship immediately from one of our selected warehouses.
Place your order before 3:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, and your parts will ship that
day. Orders with in stock items placed after 3:00 PM EST, will ship the following
working day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday,
will ship the following Monday.
- On Order
We normally carry stock in these items but have recently sold out. We have them
on order with the factory and we expect to receive them in 3 - 5 working days. Place
your order for these parts and you will have them in approximately 6 -10 working
days.
- Special Order
These parts are not kept in our warehouse, and will be ordered from the factory
once your order is placed. Some of these parts require special production by the
factory and this may cause delays. Most times, however, special order items will
arrive in 10-15 working days.
- NLA - No Longer Available
These parts have been discontinued by the manufacturer are shown as NLA. We do not
have any stock of this item and are unable to order it from the factory.
We give you access to a million appliance parts and accessories. Even though we
have hundreds of thousands of parts in stock, unfortunately we cannot stock all
every part in our system. In cases where the part is not in stock, we order the part directly from the manufacturer. On occasion this can cause delays but we do everything we can to ensure you get your part as soon as possible.
We always ship our parts back out immediately when they are received, and never
charge additional shipping if multiple shipments are required to complete your order.
Note: All orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS. Items in stock will ship
according to your choice of shipping method. All back orders, On Order and Special
Order items will ship ground.
