Parts may be returned up to 30 days from when they were shipped to you.
Appliance Help will accept any part in its original condition for a full
refund of the purchase price. This does not include shipping costs. Appliance Help will only refund the shipping costs if we made an error.
You must have a return authorization to receive a refund for your part.
Any items received damaged must be reported to us within 10 business days of receiving
it to qualify for a replacement item.

Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts, which were installed or used,
or “tried” CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
Contact us immediately if you feel there was an error
in your shipment.
Returning items is not something anyone likes to do, so we have made the process
as easy as can be. Simply click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation
email or process a return by 'checking the status' of your order.
Once in your Order Inquiry, the items available for return will be listed at the
bottom of the page. You may then choose which items you would like to return. Please
select a reason that best explains the reason for your return.
When you are ready click the "Return The Item(s)" button.
A return confirmation email is sent to you immediately. It includes the return shipping
address and the very important return authorization number.
Any shipping method you choose to return your parts will be fine, however, Appliance Help
is not responsible for lost or damaged parts on return items. We suggest you choose
a shipping method that includes insurance and is traceable.

Refunds take approximately two (2) weeks to process. This is calculated from the
time we receive your part back into our warehouse. If you would like to more information
