Shipping Methods


Appliance Help ships orders with FedEx and UPS. By doing this we are able to provide you with faster shipping times and online tracking of your shipments via email.

Please provide your physical address, as these couriers will not ship to P.O. boxes. Appliance Help is not responsible for the delays incorrect addresses may cause in the shipping/receiving of your order.

Shipping Costs
Standard $7.49 Arrives in 3-5 business days (FedEx Ground service)
Rapid $12.95 Arrives in 2-3 business days
Overnight $24.95 Arrives the next business day

Items in stock will ship according to your choice of shipping method. All backorders, On Order and Special Order items will ship ground. Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to fulfill your order, you are only charged shipping costs once.

Extra large items may require extra shipping charges. If your part requires extra freight you will be contacted and given the choice to pay additional shipping charges or cancel the order. *You will never be charged additional freight without your authorization.

Appliance Help ships within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or United States offshore territories, including APO/FPO US military bases.

Appliance Help has several warehouse locations throughout North America. We understand the need for you to have your parts as quickly as possible. Our system is designed to ship all available parts from the same warehouse located the closest to you.

Not all warehouses stock all parts, and your order may be divided between two shipping locations. This will clearly be stated before you submit your order. Warehouses that offer expedited shipping will have that option available.
