When you order ships, you will receive an email with details of your shipment including
a tracking number.
To track a shipment just click on the link contained in your email confirmation
or enter your email address and order number the same as you would do to
check your order status.
Once your order has been shipped please try to track your order at least every other
day to keep yourself informed of its current status.
If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered to a section
of your home such as the front door, rear door, side door or garage and you can't
find it, please check all around the delivery area. Sometimes small packages are
not easily visible and can be hidden behind or inside flowerpots, underneath cars,
or in some cases inside bushes.
If you did not receive an email with your order confirmation or have trouble pulling
up your status, please contact us by
email or phone us toll-free @ 1 800 470-7119.
If your order was shipped and you see from the tracking information that it is taking
longer than expected to arrive (i.e. package incorrectly routed or no movement on
your tracking for several days), please let us know via
email so we can inform the courier of the problem.
Frequently Asked Questions
It has been more than 3 business day since I placed my order, and I didn't get an
email. What happened?
There are a few reasons why this could happen:
I received an email with my tracking number. How do I check the current location status of my package?
- You may not have actually completed order process. If you didn't get an email confirmation
and you didn't get an order number the order may not have been placed. Double-check
your email for an order confirmation from Help@ApplianceHelp.com.
- Your order shipped and we sent out an email, but the email address you provided
with your order was either invalid, filtered as junk mail or blocked.
- Your order may have been delayed. While 99% of our orders with items in stock ship
out the same day or the next business day, a few orders may be delayed for a short
period of time for unusual circumstances. If you have placed an order within the
last 3 days, and haven't received an email telling you that your order shipped,
check your order status online or send
You can check the status of your package online. The email you received has a clickable
link you can use to go to the courier's website to learn more information about your package.
I tried to check the status of my package online but there isn't any information available.
Tracking information will be posted within 12 hours of your order being shipped.
The order tracking number has not been updated to the website. Please check back in a few hours.
