Grill arrived quickly, was easily installed with a Phillips head screwdriver, needed for the two upper screws which most folks don't think about - Hence the need for this part, since the charcoal filter is behind the grill and most people don't think about replacing this. The over the stove microwave door would not close.
I unplugged the microwave. I did watch a YouTube video to see how the plastic frame around the door could be removed. I used a putty knife to pry it off. The spring was still in good shape, so I hooked it up to the new latch/locker part and onto the microwave. This was just a little time consuming because I was trying to be careful so I wouldn't break anything on the new part. The plastic frame clicked right back on. I plugged the microwave in and it worked right away. If I can do it, you can do it. Sure beat buying a new microwave. Great experience.

Took off the oven door then took out the racks and two screws in the oven bottom and removed it . Then removed the heat deflector. Then un plugged the old igniter and removed the burner to make it easier to remove the old igniter. Then installed the new igniter and reversed the process

This OEM glass cooking tray is a removable glass plate, measuring 13 inches in diameter, that spins inside the microwave during operation. It ensures that heat is evenly distributed in the microwave to properly heat or cook the food. Over time, the heat generated in the microwave can cause the glass to warp and the plastic rollers to wear down. The glass can also crack or shatter accidentally. It is important to replace the glass as soon as it is no longer functioning well to prevent uneven heating and reduce any safety hazards from damaged glass. The door switch, often referred to as a primary interlock switch, provides power to the various components in the microwave when the door is in a closed position, and interrupts power when the door is open. This door switch is approximately 1 1/2 inches long, and has 2 metal prongs called terminals that extend from its body. Common symptoms related to a faulty primary door switch include: microwave will not turn/shut off, or the microwave will not heat properly. You can check the switch for continuity using a multi-meter. With the actuator button depressed, you should see continuity between these terminals. If there is no continuity the switch will need to be replaced.
NOTE: Before you begin this repair, first make sure your microwave is unplugged, and that your capacitor is discharged. A capacitor stores large amounts of electricity even when your microwave is unplugged.

After watching a few youtube videos, I used a phillips SD to take controll pannel off to access the switches that sense when microwave door is closed. Swapped out all 3 switched and mocrowave works like new. $20 fix (shipping included)
